Meet Our Team
LeapOnward brings together students who contribute curriculum development, coding instruction, mentorship, design, outreach, and technical support to educational and community programs.

Founder and CEO
Shaadana Rajesh
Shaadana co-founded LeapOnward and works at the intersection of computing, learning, and human behavior. With Sanah, she created the full Python for Kids curriculum, including lesson slides and coding activities. She taught programming, led the student teaching team, and mentored fellow instructors.
Her work also includes LeapOn SAT and independent research exploring knowledge gaps, cognitive load, and affect in learning. She connects these technical interests with practical teaching through small-group coding support, additional review time, and opportunities for students to ask questions.
Through LeapOnward, she mentors youth founders and supports educational and community initiatives through outreach, nonprofit infrastructure, and connections to opportunities.
